This break and fix service is available for equipment under warranty as well as for equipment out of warranty.

This hardware services extends the standard manufacturer’s warranty to 3, 4 or 5 years with on-site or pick-up and return service. It covers parts, labour and travel on business days or 24/7. It also includes hardware repair, spare parts delivery and installation.

We also offer a repair service for companies that do not have a WASLET maintenance contract. If you experience trouble with your desktops, workstations, servers, storage systems or notebooks, simply contact us.  A certified and experienced Services Team will   provide   the  service  within   the   pre-defined   response   time,  using   the   right
spare part(s).
