Services under warranty

1. WASLET acts as the Service Provider and is accredited by the manufacturer to carry out repairs on the product:
This relates to repairs for HP and Lenovo for which WASLET has its own in-house team of qualified and certificated engineers. Repairs are carried out based on the manufacturer’s warranty or on the extended warranty purchased by the customer.

2. WASLET does not have accreditation for carrying out repairs to hardware, but can handle the administrative side:
Repairs under warranty (other than HP and Lenovo) are carried out by the manufacturers themselves or by accredited repair centres. WASLET is able to monitor progress on these external repairs for a fixed charge of €97, excluding VAT. This service includes all administrative and logistical aspects of the repair. The customer can also contact the manufacturers directly, or their accredited repair centres. Any contact details relating to repairs can be provided on request.

WASLET is unable to provide any other warranty in addition to the cover provided by the manufacturer, except in the case of Extended Warranties (Service Pack). See the manufacturers’ individual terms and conditions for full details of who provides what.

Return of Material Authorisation

WASLET agrees to take back equipment on the same terms and conditions as required by the supplier: reason for the return, condition of the packaging, date of purchase, any fee or charge made, etc.
