- Increase client satisfaction
- You will work hand in hand with the sales and technical team. You will be regularly trained in products, services and technological evolutions
Who are you ?
- You have a bachelor’s degree
- You have a certain sales experience in the IT sector
- You have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills and an excellent phone contact
- You are customer and service oriented
- You are independent, organized, dynamic, rigorous, proactive, solution oriented and result driven
- You share our company value to achieve customer satisfaction
- You are bilingual French/Dutch and have some knowledge in English
- You will share the team spirit of a S.M.E in which you will be fully committed
- You have a spirit of collaboration
- You have the desire to learn and progress
- You respect the quality procedures
